Terms and Conditions Governing Use and Access to GraduateTestPrep.com Web Sites

Graduatetestprep.com is an Internet site maintained by Graduate Test Prep as a service to the Internet community. In addition to all applicable laws, access and use of Graduatetestprep.com are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. By using this and other websites operated by Graduate Test Prep and its respective divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth herein and in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms of Conditions, or with the Privacy Policy, do not use this site. Graduate Test Prep reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change these terms at any time. Please check these terms periodically for changes. Using this site following the posting of changes to these terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Graduatetestprep.com Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you change your mind about studying with us or if your enrollment is terminated by GraduateTestPrep.com, we offer the following refund:

    1. If you cancel after utilizing 25% or less of the online curriculum, or if 25% or less of the enrollment period has elapsed, we will refund you 75% of tuition paid, less a processing fee of 15% of tuition price.*

    2. If you cancel after utilizing greater than 25% but less than 50% of the online curriculum, or if greater than 25% but less that 50% of the enrollment period has elapsed, we will refund you 50% of tuition paid, less a processing fee of 15% of the tuition price.*

    3. If you cancel after utilizing 50% or more of the online curriculum, or if 50% or more of the enrollment period has elapsed, there will be NO REFUND.*

     * Please note that refund eligibility and/or amounts are to be determined by percentage of curriculum used or amount of time that has elapsed from the enrollment period, whichever is greater. All requests for refunds must be made by using the contact us tab located at the top of the screen.

    Rights and Responsibilities GraduateTestPrep.com programs are designed for GraduateTestPrep.com students. All course information, techniques or materials, including the course books, are the property of GraduateTestPrep.com and may not be resold or reproduced in any manner. You acknowledge copyright, trademark, patents or other proprietary rights and laws protect these materials. You agree that you will not provide any such information, techniques, or material to any third party for any reason. Your enrollment cannot be shared, sold or transferred to another person.

    • Graduate Test Prep may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this site, including the availability of any features of the site, at any time. Graduate Test Prep may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts of or the entire site without notice or liability.

  • Graduatetestprep.com Privacy Policy. Graduatetestprep.com is designed to provide you control over your personal information.
